Cancellation
An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product within 24 hours after you made the payment. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

Order cancellation requests post 24 hrs of placing the order are not eligible for refund , As an exception,we can only issue credit notes for future purchases, to be used within the next 90 days after cancellation and redeemable only on www.ekdamaesthetic.com
Order cancellation due to certain reasons:
There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept or fulfill and can be canceled from our side.
In some situations, your order can be canceled due to:-
- Limitation of quantities available for purchase.
- Inaccuracies or errors or omissions in product or pricing information.
- Sometimes we may also require additional information or verification before we accept your order.
We will contact you if your order is canceled from our side or if any additional information is required to accept your order.
If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled from our side than charged amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
We expect the customer not to dispute the decision made by Ekdam Aesthetic and accept Ekdam Aesthetic’s decision regarding the cancellation.
