Order Cancellations
Timelines:
- You can cancel your online order before the product within 24 hours after you made the payment. Your entire order amount will be refunded to your original payment method .
- After 24 hours, we begin processing, and cancellation requests will not be accepted.

If you still wish not to proceed with the order ,as an exception, order cancelled post 24 hours or after being shipped, we will provide the refund for all such orders in the form of a Store Credit only.
This Store Credit is redeemable on our Website within 90 days after cancellation .www.ekdamaesthetic.com
EKDAM AESTHETIC-Initiated Cancellations
We may cancel your order in rare cases due to:
- Unavailability of material,
- Incorrect product listing, or
- Payment verification failure.
In such cases:
- A full refund will be issued for prepaid orders to the original payment method.
- The refund will be processed within 48 hours of cancellation confirmation. (All transactions are legally handled by EKDAM AESTHETIC)
- You’ll be notified via email or WhatsApp.

We may cancel your order in rare cases due to:

- Incorrect product listing, or
- Payment verification failure.
- Limitation of quantities available for purchase.
- Inaccuracies or errors or omissions in product or pricing information.
We will contact you if your order is canceled from our side or if any additional information is required to accept your order.

If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled from our side than charged amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
We expect the customer not to dispute the decision made by Ekdam Aesthetic and accept Ekdam Aesthetic’s decision regarding the cancellation.
