SHIPPING
The Ekdam Aesthetic Company aims to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We provide worldwide shipping with reputed shipping partners as Standard & priority shipping as selected by the customer. We do not deliver to Incomplete addresses, PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports and Jurong Island.
These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.
HANDLING TIME :
It takes 3-7 working days to dispatch all orders (domestic & international )
The dispatch time for custom-made orders and out-of-stock products would however be longer , on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control .We would keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post-ordering as well.
DELIVERY TIME :
- Domestic Delivery takes 7-10 working days for standard Shipping & 3-5 working days for Express Shipping.
- International Delivery takes 7-15 working days for standard Shipping & 4-7 working days for Express Shipping.
- We will mail you the ordered items as soon as the payment verification is done which excludes weekends & public holidays.
- The Customer or anyone living at the address will be required to sign for the package at the door.
- You need to keep track of your shipment once shipped, we are responsible for shipping your order promptly. In case any issues arise in transit, kindly contact the assigned courier service, or if you need our help, please write us at our email contact@ekdamaesthetic.com.
If you have placed an order with numerous items, please note that these items may deliver you with different shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your 6-digit Order Number. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping cost
For a list of countries that we deliver to and our charges, you may select your item and proceed to the check-out page as charges are based on weight & volume. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration.
Change of delivery address:
We are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been placed (billed). If you need to change your delivery address after purchase then you will need to contact the courier company. Local Taxes ,Customs & Duties:
The GST / Custom Duty / Local Taxes / Import Duties are borne directly by the customer as per local laws, to be paid at the time of delivery as advised by the respective courier partner. We will not refund any such charges, if applicable during order delivery.
Any customs or import duties are levied once a package reaches its destination country. Any hidden or Additional charges for customs clearance or duties must be borne by the client only. These charges are beyond our control and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please note that delays can occur in customs and these delays are beyond our control.
