RETURN POLICY

All our pieces are made to order and are made with lots of love and care, 100% in line with the product picture and description mentioned on the website. As a made-to-order company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold.

Despite our best efforts to keep our customers happy, there are times when you might feel the need to return your product for circumstances beyond your or our control. 

However, eligible orders can be returned within 07 days from the date of delivery for exchange or refund/credit note. Payment Refunds are applicable only in case of Fabric defects,damage or missing parts, or delivery of incorrect size (size other than that ordered) (T&C apply)

For orders below INR 10,000- Full amount will be credited to original payments method
For orders above INR 10,000 -credit notes will be provided that need to used within next 90 days of return received ) 

We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.

Eligibility for a Return:

  • Make sure you make video when you receive order from courier partner .
  • Return will be accepted only when there is a manufacturing defect or damage/ delivery of incorrect size delivered (size other than that ordered)
  • If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
  • Please note that not all products are eligible for exchange. All made to order products are non returnable and non exchangeable.
  • Wrong dress size selection by you is not acceptable and not eligible for exchange/return.
  • Your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We would require all original papers/ receipt or proof of purchase to be returned with the product. If upon receiving, there is any clue of the garment being worn, (perfume, stains, washed)
  • Also, products bought on discount/sale/flash sales are not eligible for return/exchange.
  • Requests received after 07 days of delivery will not be accepted.

HOW TO REQUEST RETURN /EXCHANGE :

  • or Email Us at contcat@ekdamaesthetic.com within 07 (Seven) days from the date of delivery.
  • The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with Customer Support by email.
  • You will be asked to submit proofs to get eligible based on return reason .
  • If your return request is approved, you will get a Return Authorization Confirmation email from our side which will guide you with instructions on how and where to send your package
  • Charges for Returns are paid by buyer only .Replacements are done free of cost for one side only when wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (sizes other than that ordered), or damaged products are received by the customer (T& C apply) . However, the Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases that come under legal scrutiny.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return formally and getting Return Authorization Confirmation email from us will not be accepted.

REFUND POLICY

First, Please check your eligibility and remember to raise your return/exchange request by following the steps mentioned in “RETURN & EXCHANGE “ within 7 days of receiving the order.

CONDITIONS :

Damages, defects, Missing Parts

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the Fabric is defective, damaged, or missing parts so that we can evaluate the issue.

Size Issues:

If the incorrect size (size other than that ordered) is delivered to you due to a mistake from our end, an EXCHANGE will be offered to you in return for the same product. No refund will be processed for them.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or products bought during sale or on discounted price or if coupon codes are used. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

MODE OF REFUND :
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 days of return received as per above mentioned  conditions. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For orders below INR 10,000- The full refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.

For orders above INR 10,000 -credit notes will be provided that need to be used within the next 90 days of the return received only on our store www.ekdamaesthetic.com


We will not entertain any false claim, return because of incorrect measurements sent at the time of ordering etc..

Refund Policy for International Customer:
If there is an error from our side in terms of Fabric defects, damage or missing parts, or delivery of incorrect size (size other than that ordered)  after proper validation by us. Expenses of return shipment will be paid by the customer and ekdamaesthetic.com will credit the amount upon receiving the product in the same condition as store credit along with the order amount.

The customer can use these credit points within next 6 months against their purchase. No refund possible for items on offers/sale/custom to measure dresses.
