Q: How do I determine my size?

We provide a detailed size chart on each product page to help you find the perfect fit. If you have questions about sizing, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team for assistance Whatsapp /Call or on Instagram .

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal for online orders. Cash on Delievery is also available.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Only unshipped orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Please reach out to our customer support team immediately for assistance. We will initiate 100% refund of your money and a confirmation of the same will be sent to you via e-mail.   

 

Q: How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via whatsapp/email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping. For delivery related queries ,Please contact us .

Q: What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item? 

If you receive a defective or damaged item from our end , please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, and provide instructions for returning the item .Please keep a video of opening the parcel .

 

Q: How will I receive the credit for my money when the desired product/size may not be deliverable /available from your end after placing order ?

If any product/size is not deliverable /available from our side due to any reason. We will provide a full refund within 7 days to your original payment method.

Q:Why my exchange is not accepted?

    • Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
    • Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There is bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look. The colors you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
    • 5-8 % Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
    • We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate.
    • Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.

Purchase made from SALE section is not eligible for any kind of return or refund. All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable

 

Q: Who pays for the return shipping?

A: For all validated, qualified, genuine returns related to product defect or product size mismatch othe than that ordered or missing products parts ,ekdamaesthetic.com will pay for the return shipping level within India as per the company terms and conditions. In few cases ekdamaesthetic.com  ask the customer to pay for the return shipment .

For all International return shipment cost will be paid by the customer and ekdamaesthetic.com  will credit the amount of order upon receiving the product in same condition as store credit. The customer can use these credit points within next 6 months against their purchase. No refund possible for items on offers/sale/custom to measure dresses.

Q: Who pays for the custom duty & taxes?

A: The buyer is responsible to pay for all custom duty and taxes as applicable by their respective government in India and International countries. ekdamaesthetic.com  is not responsible for any such cost incurred as we have no control on it.

Q: What happen if I don’t receive the orders from the logistic partners after shipped?

A: Please note you are responsible to receive your orders and keep track on the shipments. In case there is a delay, or you are not available you need to contact the customer care team of the logistic partners and inform them with your availability. ekdamaesthetic.com  is not responsible for this and in case the shipment comeback without delivery we have the right to deduct the money of the shipping charges and 30% of the product cost as our business loss

Q: Can I return the ready to wear &custom-made dresses?

A: No, as it was made as per your body measurements and can not be sold to others. Please ensure you take the correct measurements from your body or a dress you have and send back to us with your notes.

Q: When can’t i cancel my order ?

A:  orders cancelled post 24 hours or after being shipped.

If you still wish not to proceed with the order ,we will provide the refund for all such orders in the form of a Store Credit only. This Store Credit is redeemable on our Website within 90 days. It takes a maximum of 2 business days, post the receipt of your cancellation request.

Q: Could there be a delay at ekdamaesthetic.com because of unforeseen circumstances?

 A: We try our best to assure that your ordered products are shipped out to you in thepromised time, but at times there are chances of delay in processing due to unavailability of stock, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such a situation, we willsend you a formal communication requesting you to :

1) Accept a Store Credit of equivalent value which you may use to purchase an

2) Opt to receive a refund of your money without any deduction

3) Our Team of Fashion experts likes to process each, and every order placed by you. However, in some situation we may run out of Inventory, face Quality Issues or Size fitment.

 Q: I missed adding a critical detail while placing the order. Possibility of correcting it? 

A: No worries. Please call us and send us an e-mail with your order id before 48 hours to :

1) Update complete shipping details;

2) Update body measurement attributes; or

3) Any other points you have in mind to discuss

 

 Q: In what scenarios would you not accept any returns?

 A: Kindly be informed that any product purchased from our ‘Sale’ Section will not be returned under the Returns Policy except if an error on behalf relating to a manufacturing defect or a wrong item has been shipped out to you by mistake. We do not accept any returns if the product is dispatched to us after 7 days of receiving the shipment, so please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. 

Kindly do not dispatch the products without raising a Return Request & without receiving Return Authorization Confirmation email from us, we will not be able to entertain such requests. Please read our Return & Cancellation policy for detailed information.

Q: What will be my options if there is an error by ekdamaesthetic.com? 

A: We will duly acknowledge the issue and you would always be welcome to decide to proceed with either of this

  1. An Item Replacement
  2. Issuance of a Store Credit
  3. A Refund of order value

 

Q:If order dispatch is delayed:

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at contact@ekdamaesthetic.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

Q:You can track your order:

For orders within India, when your order will dispatch, we will send you WhatsApp/email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company.

After your order is dispatched from our warehouse you can track the status of your package within 24 hours.
