Orders and Payments.
- Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
- When you finished selecting the items you wish to order from our website click on your shopping cart, review your items, and then proceed to checkout. After that, you will be asked for details including your name, billing address, delivery address, contact number, email address, and payment details.
- If you are provided with, a user identification code, password, or any other part of information as part of our security procedures, you are required to keep such information confidential, and please do not disclose it to any third party. We have the authority to impair any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use in our reasonable opinion.
- All the sales, discounted, brought with a coupon, and gift voucher purchases are nonreturnable, nonrefundable & non-exchangeable. Please go through the size chart carefully for sale products.
- Please send the product back to us you’re self, we do not have a reverse pickup facility .
- The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.
- If you know or doubt that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password you must inform us immediately.
- Your order will be accepted when you will receive a confirmation email from us which will include details about your order. At this point, you are bound to be in a contract with us and we will take payment in full. If we are unable to accept your order, we will email you accordingly.
- All prices on our website are displayed in Indian rupees. Please change the currency through the shown currency converter.
- Product Prices are as displayed on our website and are can be changed without notice.
- If any item is priced incorrectly we have the right to supply it at the correct price and for that, we will inform you before delivery.
- Discount codes are stand-alone and are not able to be used in conjunction with any other code or offer available at the time. The Ekdam Aesthetic Company has the right to stop or cancel or withdraw a promotion at any time. Discount codes do not apply to any pre-order items.
Our Products:
The images of the products on the website are for display purposes and we have tried our best to illustrate every detail of all our products. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, unfortunately sometimes the device displays the colors slightly differently with respect to our original product. Your product may vary slightly from the original images.
Delivery:
- Your items will be delivered to the address specified on your order under “delivery address”. The delivery cost will be as displayed to you on the website. (Delivery is free within India and for international delivery charges please refer to our delivery information page).
- The Ekdam Aesthetic Company aims to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays. We send all our orders via a signed for delivery service to ensure we have proof of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges:
We do not accept any returns and exchange but we do accept exchange in certain cases:-
- We provide returns only when there is manufacturing defect or damage from our end.
- All products on sale and customize orders are not eligible for exchange ( Applicable for Domestic as well as International orders)
- We assure a perfect product without any defect before we deliver each item but still, the customer found it defective in that case we offer an exchange. (No Refund).
- Made to orders are not eligible for exchange or return/refund .
- If you have received the damaged product or wrong product, please send it back to us with your order no. After sending the product back to us, & delivered to us we will try to send you a fresh piece within one week.
- Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Exchange dispatching instruction:-
- Exchange /return request can be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery
- Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.
- Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
- Please do not forget to take acknowledgment receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. We will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
